Liz Honigmann

Actor, Director, Dramaturg, Improv

Liz Honigmann is a senior BFA Theatre Performance major hailing from Hobbs, New Mexico.  She first appeared onstage as Kid #2 in Adventures of a Comic Book Artist in 8th grade. When she delivered her 2 lines, it began a thrilling and passionate love of the theatre. Her most recent credits include Natasha in Three Sisters, Fred in Oklahoma!. and Juror 9 in 12 Angry Jurors. While in college, she joined an Improv Comedy group called G-Troupe and hopes to continue to grow her improv skills post-grad.

Although performing was her first love, she has found others since. Liz is a director, having directed multiple staged readings of new plays, a scene from Time Stands Still, and a 15-minute postmodern devised piece. Liz is also a dramaturg, having helped with multiple dramaturgical aspects of Long Day's Journey Into Night, Jospeh and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, and she is currently serving as the Dramaturg for Friends by Kobo Abe.
