Emma Smith

Lighting Technician, Lighting Designer & Stage Manager

Emma E. Smith is a theatrical lighting technician, designer, and stage manager from Vienna, Virginia. When not at Baylor University taking classes in pursuit of her BFA in Theatre Design and Technology, she has worked in the DC Theatre Scene. Her work as an electrician includes regional theatre such as Prologue Theatre, Helen Hayes award-winning Keegan Theatre, Tony-Award Winning Signature Theatre. Her resume includes a range of work including large-scale musicals, operas, devised work, filmed theatre, and short films. She hopes to return home to the DMV and continue working in the thriving theatre scene there.
